The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "bc327" — The website https://bc327.lat and all pages and services under it.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who has registered at bc327 and operates an account.
• "Account" — The personal account created for a member, where their balance, betting history, and bonus information are stored.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money awarded as part of a promotion, which cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited directly by the member.

2.1 Account Registration

To register at bc327, members must provide accurate and genuine personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and all funds in that account being forfeited.

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the bc327 support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

bc327 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If proof of identity such as a national ID or passport, and payment method documentation are requested, failure to provide them within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and in your own personal capacity.
• Online gaming participation is not prohibited for you under the laws of your country or region.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list.

bc327 reserves the right to verify age and identity in cases of suspicion. Any funds deposited prior to verification may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at bc327 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If any active bonus funds are present, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• bc327 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.

4.4 Currency & Fees

bc327 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider may be borne by the member. bc327 itself does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bc327 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner, bc327 will close all associated accounts and forfeit all funds.

5.4 Other Promotions

bc327 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable terms, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's description. bc327 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming decisions at bc327 are made at the member's own responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless required due to a technical error on the platform.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any bet or game is affected by a software or network issue, bc327 reserves the right to declare the bet void and refund the original stake. In such cases, bc327's decision is considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets on any sports event including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the official result is final. No bet will be paid out before the official result is announced.

6.4 Live Games & Casino

bc327 offers games from various world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. Each game has its own applicable rules. All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bc327:

• Any form of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering.
• Attempting to obtain another member's account credentials or access their account.
• Unauthorized interference with the platform's software or code.
• Intentionally placing bets on opposing sides to meet wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage).
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward bc327 staff.

If any of the above activities are identified, bc327 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting bc327 support. Any outstanding real money balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by bc327

bc327 may close or temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

bc327's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of real money deposited by the member during the period of the dispute in question.

11.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit may be subject to a waiting period before taking effect.
